Brian coaches members to really step out of their comfort zone while maintaining proper form during class. He is certified as both a personal trainer and a corrective exercise specialist.  Brian has over 11 years of experience leading personal fitness classes.  Injury prevention is his top priority.  He welcomes member feedback and enjoys seeing the positive changes in each member as they reach their fitness goals.
"Don't allow your mind to talk your body out of what you know it can do" has always been Alison's approach to fitness. She encourages members to have this same attitude and to get out of their fitness comfort zone. Alison brings high energy and humor to her classes with the hope members will have fun while getting a challenging workout. Striving for those Splat points and good form in the weight room are a must for Alison, but making sure members smile throughout class is also a top priority. Orangetheory's combination of cardio and strength training not only make it the best workout for members but also one of the greatest workouts to coach!
Kristin has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade, coaching and teaching various sports and exercise classes. She enjoys combing her love of fitness and her passion for nutrition to bring about the changes her clients want. She found Orangetheory Fitness and is hooked! The OTF style combines what she likes best about working out: the high energy of a group class with the personal touches of one-on-one training. She believes getting in and staying in shape should be fun and strives to help her clients enjoy their time at the OTF. She loves seeing her clients realize just how much they can accomplish. She firmly believes “you aren’t competing against the person beside you, just the person you were yesterday.”
Sarah's favorite part about coaching is working with members to help them reach their health and fitness goals.  Sarah is our head coach.  As an OTF coach she finds it rewarding to see the people she works with on a regular basis have successes.  She feels no goal is too big or too small, and loves helping members reach theirs.  Every days she asks members to come to class and try to be just a little bit better than they were the day, or week before.  Her favorite quote is: "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you."
